Frogs

Around 1976 AB, Dayna and Darlene and I moved to Mesquite, Texas to work  for about six or eight months. The girls ages were three and four at the time.

Dayna and Darlene have always enjoyed the outdoors. They were intrigued by anything of nature, whether bugs, frogs, lizards,  rocks or other things.

We were visiting with Aunt Hazel one evening and were meeting some family we hadn't met before. Dayna and Darlene had been playing in the back yard when Aunt Hazel asked me to bring them in. As they came in the door I was embarrassed that they had the bottom of their dresses in their hands and folded to their waist. I told them to put their dresses down which they did as they sat down, and frogs started hopping everywhere.
